Why Study Biblical Anthropology?
Biblical Anthropology is the study of what the Bible says about man. We should have a solid understanding of Biblical Anthropology because in doing so we come to understand ourselves and what we are. Moreover, by virtue of being made in God’s image we learn about God when we learn about ourselves, his creation. Lastly, you should study Biblical Anthroplogy because what we say man is has a direct affect on how we should treat one another. The implications of a Biblical Anthropology have bearing on controversial ethical issues of our day such as abortion, euthanasia, homosexuality, transgenderism, environmentalism, and marriage.
