    1. A Definitive Death: You died to sin (v. 2)

      • You died to sin with Christ (vv. 3-4)

        • Christ died

        • You are united with Christ

        • Therefore you died with Christ and were buried with Christ

    2. A Definitive Purpose: to walk in newness of life (v. 4)
