Waiting Like a Weaned Child (Psalm 131)

Sermon Notes:

Main Idea: In Psalm 131, we see how to wait for the Lord as a weaned child so that through trials and troubles we may have calm and quiet souls that patiently wait for the day of redemption.

If you are going to wait for the Lord as a weaned child, you must:

  1. Wait with a humble heart (v. 1)

  2. Wait with a still soul (v. 2 )

  3. Wait with unwavering hope (v. 3)
